Ohio Objections to Fracking Waste Injection Well Being Received by ODNR Until November 5, 2018

Public objections to this fracking waste injection well permit application must be sent to Ohio Department of Natural Resources​ postmarked by November 5, 2018 in order to be recognized by the state as an objection.

The Division will be accepting public comments postmarked by November 5th.
No application number or API number is needed in a public comment, as long as the sender references the proposed Hubbard Township injection well, so that we can route it appropriately.
There is only one proposed Bobcat Hubbard injection well in Hubbard Township, so any public comments will be reviewed and added to the public comment file for the referenced application.

The application number is aPatt032666 and the API number for the proposed well is 34155240500000.
